Scotland is world renowned for fly fishing and Pitcaple is no exception. The river Urie, which runs through the estate, offers excellent trout fishing with a Salmon run in autumn. We are within 1 hours drive of the rivers Spey, Dee, Don,, Devron & Ythan.

Possibly Scotland's most famous export is whisky, and  Pitcaple is historically linked to the whiskey trail . An Ideal location for anyone who enjoys a 'Dram'.

We have long standing ties with Aberdeenshires most famous sporting estates where days shooting can be arranged. Pheasant, Grouse, Partridges, Duck, Pidgeon and Roe stalking.

The river Urie offers excellent fly fishing for both beginner and expert anglers.
